For horizontal vacuum dough mixers, sealing have always been a thorny issue for various manufacturers. However, for reliable manufacturers, here are a series of solutions.
After using the machine for a period of time, the machine may experience decompression while kneading dough. The following may be the causes of this decompression:

1. To confirm if there is any damage on the joint and four corners of the sealing ring on the cover .
If damaged, replace the sealing ring and seal the joint with 704 silicone.
2. To confirm if there is any damage on the two vacuum tubes.
If both vacuum tubes are damaged, replace both vacuum tubes.
3. To Check if the nuts on both sides of the dough box are loose. Tighten the nuts on both sides to reinforce them.

4. If there is no problems with all of the above, the internal oil sealing and bushing may need to be replaced.
If the bushing is severely worn and has numerous scratches, but the oil seal is intact, replace the bushing firstly.
If the bushing is severely worn and the oil seal is deformed, replace them with new one.
We will provide detailed instructions for replacing these two parts.
