After using the vacuum dough mixer for a long time, some conveyor belts will inevitably need to be adjusted and replaced. Here are some important parts of the conveyor belt maintenance methods:
Adjustment of the auger drive belt:
1. Loosen the screws on the back cover of the dough mixer and remove the cover.
2. Loosen the fixing screws on the dough mixer cover and lift the cover upwards.
3. Use a puller to turn the belt adjustment screw clockwise to move the motor outward until the belt is appropriately tight; when replacing the belt, use a wrench to turn the belt adjustment screw counterclockwise to move the motor inward until the belt can be removed directly by hand.
Re-adjust the belt after replacing the belt.
Because this belt has low elasticity, it is forbidden to use a screwdriver or other objects to pull the belt when removing or installing it, otherwise the belt will be damaged.
4. Cover the cover, tighten the fixing screws, and install the back cover of the dough mixer.

Adjustment of the drive belt:
1. Loosen the fixing screws of the dough mixer cover and lift the cover upwards.
2. Use the sleeve hand plate to loosen the bearing seat fastening screws on the shaft on the transmission shaft, turn the bearing seat front and back adjustment screws, push the bearing seat backward, tighten the belt until the belt is appropriately tight, and then tighten the bearing seat fastening screws.
Cover the machine cover and tighten the fastening screws. Note: The transmission belt should be adjusted together with the transmission chain. When adjusting the transmission belt, the tightness of the transmission chain will also change, so the transmission belt should be adjusted together with the transmission chain.
