After using the machine for a while, it may suddenly produce an unbearable piercing noise during the noodle production process.
Since the machine is relatively new, the problem isn't with the motor bearings or reducer. Most likely, the problem is that the cutter blades aren't properly cleaned after use. Dried noodles adhere to the blades, increasing the strain on the bearings and causing the piercing noise.
How to solve this problem? It's simple.
After the noodle machine finishes production each time, use an air gun to blow away any remaining noodles while the machine is running. This will help clear any remaining noodles from the cutter.
